I think about him a lot. He is exceptional in the retriever work but more then anything, he is a trust the process lesson for those that are wanting it all right now, those that don’t understand the mechanics, the cues, the discipline and the trust that only comes from repetition and time. In his last three events he took the skinny water on the long memory bird to get his MH, took the corner of water on the long memory bird of a FT quad in SRS literally stepping on his mark, and was the only dog to line the water blind at the triple crown, which he lined 2 of the 4 blinds at. Best chocolate dog I have ever ran."

Ryder is 54 pounds of fire. She is full of personality and a pleasure around the house, but she's always ready to work. Ryder attacks the upland fields with intensity and determination. Ryder is great in the competition fields as well winning or placing in multiple Bird Dog Challenges. She also pulls duty in the Duck Blind a few times each season and hunts upland game birds from Michigan to the Dakotas. Ryder has been a true "Do it All" Versatile Dog. Ryder will finish her HRCH Title next Spring and we intend to Qualify for the 2025 APLA Triple Crown!
