Other Information about litter:
We are thrilled to announce an exceptional litter, combining outstanding pedigrees, talent, and drive. This litter is sired by Seaside’s Way Over The Stars QA2 “Marcus” and out of HRCH Bourbon Country’s Blue Ribbons And White Socks MH NDL 21NDC Finalist
Dam: HRCH Bourbon Country’s Blue Ribbons And White Socks MH NDL 21NDC Finalist Socks is an impressive chocolate female with a striking dark chocolate coat. She has an enviable pedigree, sired by NFC AFC Storm’s Riptide Star and out of HR Gator Points Rockin The Boat MH QA2. Socks has already made her mark, earning 12 derby points (including one win), securing a spot on the National Derby List, and being a 2021 National Derby Finalist—accomplishments that place her among an elite group of chocolate females. With remarkable marking abilities, an eagerness to work, and a trainable temperament, Socks is a standout both in the field and as a companion.
Sire: Seaside's Way Over The Stars QA2 “Marcus”
Marcus was from the phenomenal Clooney X Crome breeding and has three FC-AFC littermates.
He finished all 7 derbys and made the National Derby List. He then ran 7 Qualifyings (6 with his Amateur owner) with 2 Wins, 2 Seconds and 1 Third place. He suffered a complete patella laceration in the 4th series of an Open at 3 years old. After 11 months of surgeries and rehabilitation, he came back and won back to back Amateurs, qualified for the National Amateur and was ranked #5 in the country Amateur Dog. In the 5th series of the National Amateur, he re-injured the same leg and was retired at 5 years old.
Marcus is a beautiful 90-pound dog, easy to train and handle, and gets along with everyone. He is a good house dog, but would rather be retrieving ducks.
